First Order : come up with a statement of intent

Discuss Budget : 194.34 as of today, get about 90 a month-June, July, and August will have about 270, about 250 from vendors, about 600 total. 500 towards Entertainment, 100 towards posters

Fundraising idea: jars at different events, Dottie has some jars the kids can paint this year for next year

Robin has 2nd food vendor lined up

Jensen can let us borrow a speaker…ALSO she helped us find good insurance!

Use about 100 from budget for Volunteer stickers, and advertising posters

Jensen can make fliers/posters

Volunteer for Head of Healing Circle: Aaron

Kids Crafts gonna do wands, and/or potions

Robin and Lisa gonna check about VA having some peeps come out

Get quotes for lanyards instead of stickers (found some during meeting, put them up in general chat, but will find more)

Shannon gonna check Volunteer sheet for people interested in helping with kids crafts (done already) –Astera gonna put up posts on FB and Discord for it.
