MVPP EVENT MEETING 2/18/2026 – 7pm

Kids Cauldron/Corner - Astera is going to head it up again. Everyone get in contact with her. Her information will be given to those who wish to volunteer via the form, and Shannon will also get that information to her. Mayflie Pixie interested in helping with kids corner.

Logo design contest! Everyone who attends gets one vote, can purchase a 5pk of votes after your free one. No limit on how many packs you can buy. Proceeds will be 50% to MVPP 25% to 1st, and 15% to 2nd, and 10% to 3rd. Motion made, 2nd, voted and adopted. 

Explained what the council is and encompasses, and what to expect and how to join. 

Kenneth recognized. Fundraising ideas before actual events. Drop ship service for items and shirts and such. 

Kenneth is letting us use the announcement picture for the FB as our merchandise pic for this year, and next year will have a shorter submission run for artwork for 2027! Dottie is going to get the drop shipping set up for merch. 

Robin and Dale will see about bringing a signal horn.

Coven of the Red Ember is interested in doing the opening and closing ceremony. Motion made, seconded, and voted yes. Doing opening and closing ritual. 

Heathens against Hate may do a presentation and ritual during day for stage or field. 

Forms need to be ready by the next Event Meeting. 

Come up with rules for the WV Logo contest by next meeting.
