Coven of the Red Ember
The Coven of the Red Ember is a kin-based circle of witches devoted to presence, care, and shared flame. We honor the Fire Festivals and seasonal tides through collaborative ritual, rotating leadership, and open devotion to the gods and spirits who walk with us.
Our practice centers on mutual care, queer and liminal belonging, ancestral reverence, and the honoring of land and story. Each member is encouraged to craft personal devotions, tend the shared altar, and embody living roles such as Hearthkeeper, Flamebearer, or Witch of the Crossroads.
We see our coven as something woven, not ruled—a sacred space where each ember strengthens the whole fire. Looking ahead, the Red Ember seeks to grow through community ritual, education, and connection, keeping the flame of the Hearth and Hidden Spirit alive for all who gather near.

Autumn Sky is a Charleston, West Virginia–based Crafter who once kept a small metaphysical shop and now works through festivals and word of mouth. A Black woman with a crone’s perspective, she keeps her practice practical, quiet, and spirit-led. She creates custom crystal bracelets, necklaces, staffs, and wands, choosing stones by feel and intention. Her tarot and oracle readings are direct, conversational, and grounded in lived wisdom.
